When muting a mic source, the CC stops showing in OBS, but continues on Twitch.

Reproduced in two channels. When muting the mic in OBS that is used for closed captions, the captions still capture and transcript audio captured by the mic. This is supposed to be off, and will not show the captions in OBS, but will show them to the Twitch audience. This makes it awkward for streamers who need to mute to have a private conversation, if they do it through a hotkey instead of via physical muting.
