run pt from ~/

We have several stories that aren't associated with code. Would it be reasonable/easy to allow us to run it from our home directory instead of a project dir?

I think you might have problems running it from the ~ dir because they will both try to create a .pt file, and I'm not sure it's been tested to make it work when they both are in the same folder.

infact, I've just tested it and we check to make sure you don't run it from the home directory. I think that it makes some sense to include a way to do that, but I wouldn't want to break compatibility for people who're already using it.

great tool nonetheless.
