Network Speed Causing Browsers & Other Applications To Lag

I have(& am currently using) my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910V smartphone(as I do not have a computer) which is through Verizon Wireless.
For the last few weeks now, all of my apps have been lagging, my phone calls are dropping, and my text messages either do not go through or I do not receive them.
Can your extension possibly help me with logging the information about this, please?
