Getting a NSPOSIXErrorDomain 13 error when trying to run a script that has previously worked

Hello, I have a script that makes a few calls to an API, however, now when I try to run it. I get

Reason: Process tried to run, but failed
Domain: scripts
Time: 08:54:42.143
Underlying:
Domain: NSPOSIXErrorDomain 13
Reason: Permission denied

Nothing has seemly changed on my system, so I'm unsure why this error is happening
