Is it possible to use the generator to update pre-existing apps?

Cool generator! I'm using it for an internal Project Tracker app I'm building.

I was wondering it's possible to use the generator to add models to an app in which I've already started working on the index.php file? In other words, once I've started the actual app creation process, and I've begun to modify my Slim index.php file, can I still run the generator? Or will it blow away all of my changes?

Sorry but any custom changes to the files will be overwritten. However, the generator will prompt you for confirmation before doing so.
