Alt-tab does not work on Windows 11

Calling ToggleFullscreen or ToggleBorderlessWindow and trying to alt-tab to another window does not work. Instead the fullscreen window will stay on top while the other windows I'm switching to are in focus but not shown. This is on Windows 11.

I think I've seen that on Windows 10 also, with some professional games, nothing to do with raylib. I'll have to doublecheck.

Yeah it looks like a known issue in Windows and not related to Raylib.
