Add support for the A7800 emulator core. A7800 is a fork of the MAME Atari 7800 driver, with several enhancements added (cycle accuracy, improved controls and light gun support, etc.).

Based on the enhancements that are coming in the next release (0.5), it might make the most sense to initially adopt the cycle timing portions of A7800 into ProSystem.
