Pcan USB Pro FD - Error Frame always

Hello,
Iam getting the Bus Error when i connect the BusMaster with PCAN-USB Pro FD.
I do not see the bus error when i connect to PCan View from the peak Systems.
Could you help to resolve the issue. This is the first time Iam using the BusMaster.
