Dear Rodrigo,
we've recently added mdarray
to our upcoming RubyDataScience list: https://github.com/arbox/data-science-with-ruby
In order to connect all Ruby & Data Science related projects we introduced the rubydatascience
topic on GitHub.
Please consider adding this topic to your repository as well so that the Ruby community can discover this project faster 😃
Thank you in advance!
Hi Andrei,
Sure... where do you suggest I add this? Maybe there should be a Logo or something that we can add in the readme or some other place. Any suggestions?
May I also suggest adding SciCom and Critbit to RubyDataScience? SciCom is a Ruby interface (DSL) to Renjin, a java interpreter to the R language. Critbit implements the critbit data structure. This is similar to a Hash, but creates a tree with the bits of the key, keeping the keys alphabetically sorted and allowing for prefix searches.
Great initiative!
Hi Rodrigo,
you can simply add every topic (meta tag) to your repository. GitHub introduced topics a time ago: https://github.com/blog/2309-introducing-topics
Sure we are interested on other projects! Please send us a Pull Request. You can look at the Contribution Guidelines and find out what is the best way to do so.
Let's collaborate and promote Ruby for data intensive tasks :)
