Utility program DASDLS no longer works

Describe the bug
Trying to list the directory of a Hercules DASD volume using the 3.13 version utility DASDLS produces no output.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Type something like running the program. Here's a demonstration of the current version:

>H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls -info H:pub000.240
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others

 H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls -info H:pub000.240 pascal.passamp
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others

H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls H:pub000.240
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others

H:\TK4-Current\dasd>

In all these tries, I thought I was specifying something wrong. And I wondered why, if so, I got no error message. Fortunately, I kept my old 3.03 version install. Compare the difference.

Expected behavior
Something like this is what I expected to see:

C:\Program Files\Hercules\R3.07>dasdls h:TK4-Current\dasd\pub000.240
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.07
