IncompatibleClassChangeError using digest access authentication and latest OkHttp

Thanks for this awesome software.
Using the latest version of OkHttp 4.0.1 or 4.0.0 I get the following exception when trying to connect to a WebDAV source using digest access authentication:

If I downgrade the OkHttp client to eg 3.14.1, everything works as expected.
sorry, I have been super busy lately, I will try and update the version. In the meantime I am happy to accept pull requests
should be fixed in okhttp-digest 2.0
Can confirm, version 2.0 fixes this issue.

It was working fine with gradle version 6.5 and okhttp3 : 3.14.4.
After upgrading gradle version 8.1.1 and okhttp3 version 4.11.0 getting below exception
