Overlay with message " you have an ongoing dispute see discord for details. If you do not respond via discord the money associated with this session will be refunded to the buyer automatically." Button that says "OK" and marks the dispute as read.

the only thing that still has to get done for this is the database write to set the notification as read.
@mrkimproductions is going to adjust notifcations update firestore rules to allow for this change.

we updated the unread write in the frontend
