  • When should project pitches end?
  • Should there be an intermediary meeting for getting everyone setup with Git, GitHub, development tools, etc?
    • Should this be during a RCOS meeting or potentially in the middle of the week?

After these items are settled, the Semester Agenda page of the Handbook must be updated to match.

So in our latest Coordinator meeting we settled on the following:

First Meeting

  • Typical

Second Meeting

  • Install fest, intro to Git, GitHub, etc.
  • Developer tools

Saturday Build-a-Project Workshop

  • Online this time, but in-person in the future
  • Brainstorming

Third Meeting

  • pitches

Fourth Meeting

  • pitches

Fifth Meeting

  • Project Pairing (in-person)

This should be reflected in the Handbook with a note that it is subject to change next semester when it is entirely in-person (hopefully...?)
