Unnecessary locked variables in stage 2 model

Hi,
Per our personal meeting, some variables in the stage 2 model (in the window of "Configure Stage 2 Regressors") have been locked/removed mistakenly. This leads to some missing variables in the Stage 2 model. It is probably caused by the settings related to the selections of ID and Outcome in Stage 1. Please check the case on Page 2 in the attached slides. Thanks!
