New approach to remove subjects with no or very little variance

Hi,

Per the discussion on May 30, we may need to create a new appraoch to remove subjects. Originally, we use the function of "Discard Subjects with no Variance" to remove the subjects. However, the data showed that we may need to rise the bar/threshold (i.e., above 0.2 STD) to remove these subjects since the data with very little variance seemed to be problematic as well. To achieve it, we need 1) Don's and Rachel's help to modify the Fortran code; 2) Jixin's help to update the GUI when step one is completed by Don. Thanks!
