The links to the WAI-ARIA authoring practices within each Reach/UI documentation page no longer point to the relevant ARIA authoring information, because the WAI-ARIA website seems to have been updated.
For example, if you go to https://reach.tech/tabs/, you'll see a link to https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.2/#tabpanel:
And if you follow the link, you'll see a page on WAI-ARIA stating that the documentation has moved to a new site:
