[MAP] Parse out and properly formatting phone numbers and contact info

Use the phonenumbers package to parse and properly format phone numbers (under contact.phone) and other contact info using international standards.

Most of this code already exists from our work in India; we just need to adapt it to different countries by passing a country parameter and mapping it to the correct region code:
