android 原生类：ReactNativeAppUpdatePackage 在最新版本react 会报编译错误。
在react-native-component其他的项目也存在相同问题，能否全部更新一下，适应最新版本的react
编译错误如下：
node_modules\react-native-smart-barcode\android\src\main\java\com\reactnativecomponent\barcode\RCTCapturePackage.java:41: 错误: 方法不会覆盖或实现超类型的方法
