Use Chromatic for visual tests

The folks that maintain Storybook created Chromatic, which provides a great system for visual regression tests. I use a similar service for work and we're moving to Chromatic soon, and it seemed very robust.
It'd be nice to use that to test components visually and also do interaction testing.
