Move reddit code out of Reactibot

#400 is because they're hostile to API usage. I'm pulling a public GET url but they block access to it from within datacenter IPs. I signed up for an API account but it's been a week without response.

My intention is to revert that change here, and move it to a userscript that I run on a box I have in my apartment that's ~ always running. Should get us the benefit without waiting for permission from a company that doesn't respect its power users.
