GUI boxes are too small to fit outermost icons or items

Two examples as seen in the pics of items in a list being barely pickable.

1. In the Elements list of Sketcher, last item can not be seen except some of the blue selection from selecting it.
2. The selection box to the very right of Map Mode item in the Data view of a sketch is barely pickable.
   Changing the font size from the default in Preferences > Default font size does not solve the problem; the GUI elements are just sized along with the font to not show anything more.

Before the last release, I don't call issues with the Elements list, but the selection box on Map Mode and other places did have those right-most icons partially hidden. Now the problem seems worse.
