Does ReaKontrol Need An Update?

Hello,

Komplete Kontrol users (like me) are dazed and confused after finding that updating to Version 3 does not work in Reaper. Native Instruments doesn't seem to know what's going on, so I'm wondering whether an update to ReaKontrol could solve the problem. Lots of people have spent good money on Komplete keyboards and software and would really appreciate a solution.
