Remove the Close Popup window

this is really annoying specially when you play with controllers

I can add a setting allowing removing the window in next version (FF13Fix already removes the prompt when using DXVK, so it should be a quick change)

You will still need to press ESC though, so you still won't have a way to quit the game using a controller

thanks! tbh I found a fix my self as soon as I made this post, just a simple esc + y (yes) binded to guide button

but an official fix would be better
