Dashboards to visualize captured metrics

Kraken currently captures metrics from Prometheus and indexes them into Elasticsearch, we need to build and expose jsonnet templates that visualizes the data for the runs tagged with the uuid's with Elasticsearch as the datasource. This way users can leverage them to understand the state of the OpenShift cluster during the run and also tweak the templates to visualize any other metrics indexed in Elasticsearch.
