Multiple Routes with one secret fail to update

When two or more routes are annotated with the same secret only one is updated when the secret is updated unless you restart the operator.

Going to try to come up with a step by step duplication procedure but saw this happen numerous times now

@raffaelespazzoli Found the issue, it was created by the addition of a break in the loop to match secrets to their routes
