config-rh-sso: Allow for deletion of realms

The current SSO role only handles adding realms to SSO. If we remove a realm from our inventory, it never actually gets cleaned up from SSO. It would be nice if the role saw that the realm is no longer in our inventory and then removed it so that there was no manual cleanup required.
