Bump yamllint line-length

From a majority of upstream repos that I've looked at, I've seen max line-length somewhere in the range of ~100-130. Currently we're using the default (80) which is what's throwing a lot of errors our way. To resolve the majority of our issues, would anyone be opposed to increasing this? Or is there a reason why 80 is preferred?

The yamlint is still in progress, and the line-length is one that I am thinking we'll just disable.
