Dynatrace Operator 0.5.1 is merged but does not appear in the OperatorHub on Openshift

Hi, as #144 was merged, we expected to see it in the OperatorHub on Openshift aswell. But somehow it seems that something went wrong and the latest version of our Operator is still 0.5.0. Can you please explain or take a look why this happend? The pipeline results state that trigger-marketplace-replication failed, but the PR was merged. Any chance for us to resolve that?

@luhi-DT The trigger-marketplace-replication task was removed from the release pipeline and I triggered the release again and it was successful.
