RFE : Add an option to create a LVM from multiple disks on computes and mount to /var/lib/nova

We can have an option in Jetpack to merge all disks(except disks used by the Linux operating system) on computes into a single logical volume, and mount the logical volume onto /var/lib/nova.
For example, 1029u - TN10RT systems have 4x 2.4TB NVMe or 4x 3.2TB NVMe disks. All these disks could be combined into a single logical volume and mounted onto /var/lib/nova.
This would help in preventing issues due to insufficient storage that occur sometimes during non-storage scale testing.
