WvW: Predict next matchup based on skirmish score

current situation

The next matchup is predicted with the help of the current victory points.
If two or more server in the same matchup have the same amount of victory points, the table shows 2 server going up a tier or going down a tier.

proposed enhancement

If two or more servers have the same amount of victory points, use the skirmish score (not total score) to determine who is the leading server of those and use that knowledge in the prediction.
