Update confluent manifest to follow conventions

  1. Title, in line with other connectors.
  2. Version, set 6.5.1 for CP6 and 5.5.1 for CP5.
  3. Image, from SVG to png. Confluent support only jpeg and png formats.
  4. Description, add support statement. i.e. It is for Confluent Plaform 6.0 and above
