Tag mismatch for 2.2.3/2.3.0 release

The 2.2.3 release is tagged as v2.3.0. This is confusing and more importantly, I suppose it's going to cause trouble when 2.3.0 is released.

Thanks. I've done the double-check fix. It's wrong here - the tag has been renamed accordingly. Much appreciated.
