Hello!

When trying to run 2to3 on the 'tests' directory, I get one error with the following info:

RefactoringTool: Can't parse /home/jason/source/packages/python-amazon-product-api-0.2.8/tests/parser-performance.py: ParseError: bad input: type=22, value=u'=', context=('', (53, 24))

Any ideas?
