Genericize website

Right now, a lot of this project assumes the organization running the game is RIT - I've tried my hardest at making things generic but there are a few more areas where this could be improved (website logo is one of them, I have to make a pass to find others).

Throwing down a list of different things that can be somewhat easily customized as of right now:
- Website title and a few language strings (via ember's translation system)
- Logos via swapping out image files
- Contact email via ember environment file
