Scripture Citation Normalization for 2nd Helvetic, Canons of Dort.

In this case, there is no verses property on the data structure. Instead, the citations are parenthetical. Could be this is the nature of the confession itself (as it appears to be); nonetheless, it would be useful to have this structure conform to the existing schema.
