If you use the decoy registrar, and you specify a particular decoy that you want, it appears to send a -1 generation in the registration, confusing the station.

Should still send the generation provided in the clientConf, even if the user specifies the decoy (or better yet, add a cli option to override the clientConf generation if also provided?)

This is an issue with the client, specifically the command line interface for the client. Closing issue - for future further tracking see refraction-networking/gotapdance#73
