Add ability to select save game directory, or recursively search save game directory

The new nexus manager Vortex moves saves into subfolders. I don't think they are being picked up by this tool. It would be nice to be able to specify the game folder in the ini. Another suggestion might be to recursively scan the directory instead of just the one folder.

Here is an example of one of the subfolders. I think it's exactly like what would be expected in the save folder, just one level deeper.

Just downloaded this (again) since I reinstalled FO4. With Vortex, this time. Good catch! I would've been pulling my hair out for at least ten minutes wondering why it wasn't working correctly!
