l_milestones lists tasks

currently the milestone lister doesn't list tasks. Try and make the task list look like a todo list with parens for if the task is done or not. Have a verbose mode that prints notes etc. and a non-verbose mode that keeps it to one line per task. Make the first-six of the uuid appear in the non-verbose and the full uuid in the verbose mode. This way it is easy to update todos using the todo tools rather than the u_milestone tool.
