Error saving integer when passing it to Form Object

I have a Form Object that has year:integer attribute
when submitting form an error occurs.
PG::InvalidTextRepresentation: ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "QEVuQwFAEABQIx6KfoX1jsIdqiKFHQpcYYKNFvoVcwHst4IO+gKDEA==
