New events are not applied to read-models after using `event-stores link` command

Steps to reproduce:

1. You should have a deployed application
2. Create another similar deployment
3. Link event-store from the first deployment to the second deployment via event-stores link command
4. Reset read-models in the second deployment
5. Execute new commands in the second deployment

New events added by newly executed commands in second deployment are not applied to read-model in both first and second deployments
