wanted to prevent members from logging in from different IP addresses. It would be great if I could allow login only based on each member's static IP address. If you have a solution for this, that would be fantastic.
to better understand your needs, would you prefer to keep the necessity of loggin in (limited to the ip configured for each account), or having permissions of folder/files be specified by ip instead of accounts?

Second option: IP protection should not allow access if logging in with a different IP, but allow access if logging in with the correct IP
I had a developer friend write the plugin for me, and it's working perfectly now. If you'd like, I can send it to you as well. Others might want to use it as well.

when a plugin is not published, you can still install it by unzipping it into the "plugins" folder of the working directory of hfs
