Allow distinguishing past tense and present tense verbs

It is often interesting to distinguish verbs that are framed in the present tense:

• High taxes reduce employment

rather than the past tense:

• High taxes caused the Great Depression.

or even future tense:

• High taxes will reduce employment

It would make sense to add in tense information to the verbs in a customizable way.
