Metrics - show regressions and improvements

Problem

It is hard to identify where to focus the attention when looking at groups of metrics or large tables

Solution

• detect if a metric change is a regression or an improvement
• jobs - show an icon corresponding to the state relative-ci/roadmap#59
• show summaries for each group (totals, assets, modules, packages)
