Arena Helper not showing up

Hi, I could not use the hearthstone arena helper. The application is there, but it did not show up on game (values and such). These are the steps I took:
- I have unblocked the files before extracting the zip file.
- Completely remove the previous version.
- Unzipped on the plugins folder of HDT.
- Enabled the plugin on Options -> Tracker -> Plugins.
- Enabled the advanced options.
I checked the debug window and clicked on entites, and it shows DRAFT. Are there any steps that I missed?
