php 5.6 openssl1 build fail with zend issue

Hi,

I have seen the build failure for zend with the following error code

previous declaration of ‘zendparse’ with type ‘int(void *)

To fix it I copied the Zend folder from php 5.6.40 tar ball and build. Am I missing any securiy patch on this
