events does not work in pascalscript on delphi 10.2.3

hello i am sorry but i didn't understood. i am just wanting to help. i try both of 2, 32and 64 bit but events in pascalscript does not triggerred. please help i can send money for support also, if has professional support section

in windows form application s, events work but if service application events does not work.
