Actually, I need to understand how to host in cloud and how to run remotely. It would be nice to segregate and show cloud and local part separately.

It's the same when cloud or local. Just that cloud needs portforwarding of ADB Port if you wanna access remotly (Not Recommended) or use ssh portforwarding which is way secure

Thanks @rtedpro-cpu . Is this approach similar to Anbox cloud ? that's also built to host android on cloud I believe. Is this using chromium engine to stream data?

@AnandShastry I dont know what you mean by Chromium Engine.
You can find docker web scrcpy if you wanna access through browser.
