Trouble using in Win10 without docker

i'm having trouble when i tried to access the beam, i already have installed the sso and its working, but the beam isn't, here is the error that i'm getting
in the header, i used the same token that is in the browser url

in fact, I thought it was because, when I researched <! - "" -> in the files, I found a file that was in the mailer folder (500.phtml), but now I made it work, I found out what was doing it, apparently the jwt auth is not installed correctly, so i disabled it on the routes in web.php and it worked. Maybe i can't install it because i can't install the php extension pcntl, i dont know
