ms.GetBlogId not working with subdomain configuration

ms.GetBlogId is not returning the blog Id of a given domain and path when wordpress multisite is configured for subdomains (instead of subfolders).

The bug was in the XML RPC Client. I will not make a new release in WordPress.org once it just affects the Unit Tests
