ESTK doesn't run the current script?

Hi Tom
First thanks for your little atom package, it's been really useful. But I got a little problem with this.
If I execute the current script in ESTK(of course, in Atom, but to ESTK), it just opens ESTK but do nothing else. Estk won't run the script.
Did I miss something?

I wasn't able to run a script in ESTK as well, but what I could do is to open ESTK and open a script. So at least this is better then nothing. Unless ESTK doesn't even open your script, does it?

Unfortunately, this even won't open the script file in ESTK. It just opens ESTK with a blank file, nothing else.
BTW, I'm on Windows. Could it be that windows version ESTK won't open the script file via other text editor like Atom?
